The project proposes to widen State Route 60 with the addition of one high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane in each direction, In addition to HOV lanes, the project includes construction of soundwalls and removal of two existing pedestrian overcrossings. The project will be within state-owned right-of-way limits. The project is located on State Route 60 between Interstate 605 and Brea Canyon Road.
