Document Description
The proposed project will consist of four planning development applications to accommodate residential development in an area of the city known as Eagle Glen. A brief summary and description of the applications are as follows: 1. GPA-00-002 : This proposed general plan amendment will amend the general plan land use designations of the project area to accommodate the proposal associated with SP-00-003. Parcel A (78.25 acres) will be amended from Agricultural/Rural Residential to Low Density Residential (0-6 du/ac), and Parcel B (37.38 acres) and C (39.62 acres) will be amended from Estate Residential (0-3 du/ac) to Low Density Residential. 2. SPA-00-003 : This proposed specific plan amendment will add approximately 160 acres of land into the Eagle Glen Specific Plan, add approximately 360 new residential units into Eagle Glen, and establish a new SFI land use, designation with respective planning areas for 8,400 square foot lots. To properly reflect the proposed changes, the information within the Eagle Glen Specific Plan, known as SP-90-6, will be changed and / or amended accordingly. 3. CFPA-00-001 : This proposed South Corona Community Facilities Plan Amendment will readjust the CFP boundary to coincide with the project boundary associated with SPA-00-003. The acreage associated with this amendment will affect approximately 4.16 acres. 4. TTM 29571 : This proposed subdivision will subdivide approximately 130 acres of land into 6 numbered lots and 16 lettered lots. This subdivision is known as the "A" map and will dedicate the required master planned infrastructure improvements to necessitate in the development of future residential.
