Document Description
The expansion will be located immediately to the north of the existing casino and will consist of three main elements: a new casino complex, a hotel, a new wastewater treatment plant, and an 18-hole gold course(Figure 4). The casino, hotel, and associated parking areas will occupy approximately 50 acres. The proposed 18-hole golf course will occupy approximately 233 acres. The new Barona Ranch Casino Resort will feature a ranch theme, with the actual casino constructed to resemble on oversized barn. The new casino will total approximately 293,000 square feet on two levels.
