Document Description
Left and right levees of the Eastside Bypass will be raised an average of two feet to return the flood control facility to its original design capacity, with four feet of freeboard. The levees will be widened on the inside slope to maintain a 12-foot crown. Haul roads will be created at the toe of the levees except where wetlands are located. Existing utilities will be modified of extended as necessary.
