Document Description
The presently planned ultimate physical condition for this site is as open space. Upon the termination of mining, any remaining equipment will be removed, this site will be gradually backfilled, if required by law, to an elevation at least ten feet above the historic high groundwater level, and the side slopes will be regraded to inclinations no steeper than 2:1 (horizontal:vertical). This will produce a bowl-shaped depression substantially shallower than the presently-existing pit. The entire site will be resoiled and revegetated.
