The project proposes three major components: (1) a proposed amendment to the existing 1991 Reclamation Plan for the Couth Coast Materials Quarry to alter the planned grade elevations; (2) construction of the proposed Quarry Creek Shopping Center; and (3) widening of College Boulevard from four to six lanes from the northern edge of the proposed shopping center north to Plaza Drive.
