Document Description
The requested Use Permit is for a 37 acre paintball team sport park . The property will be divided into game fields, of which three will be in use at any time. Employees will include two regular employees and two referees per field, for a total of eight. The unpaved parking/staging area will accommodate approximately 40 cars. Two chemical toilets with sinks will be located adjacent to the exit driveway. A non-permanent metal storage container not to exceed 320 square feet, will be located in the staging/parking area and will be used for storage, administrative purposes, and the sale of prepackaged snacks. No permanent structures are proposed.
