Document Description
Disturbance or removal of vegetation shall not exceed the minimum necessary to complete operations. The disturbed portions of any stream channel shall be restored to as near their orginal condition as possible. Restoration shall include the mulching of stripped or exposed soil areas at work site by then end of the work period
