Document Description
Disturbance or removal of vegetation shall no exceed the minimum necessary to complete operations. The disturbed portions of any stream channel shall be restored to as near their orginal condition as possible. Restoration shall include the mulching and seeding of stripped or exposed dirt areas at crossing sites prior to the end of the work period to minimize sediment runoff.

Project is to stop erosion on both sides of an existing culvert and tide gate on an unnamed drainage ditch, tributary to Little River. The erosion threatens the integrity of the structure. Failure of the Structure would result in flooding of agricultural land and impact the water quality and fish habitat of Little River, Humbolt County. Project will have no significant effects.
