Document Description
Installation of bridges, culverts, or other structures shall be such that the water flow is not impaired and upstream or downstream passage of fish is assured at all times. An adequate fish passage facility must be incorporated into any barrier that obstructs fish passage. Bottoms of permanent culverts shall be placed below streem channel grade.
