Document Description
Under this project, an existing 14-inch siphon that transports water to the interior of Twitchell Island from the San Jaoquin River will be replaced with a new 14-inch siphon of the same capacity and genertal design. All parts and sections of the old siphon will be replaced. Coated steel pipe will be used to replace the un-coated steel pipe that is deteriorating and affecting the siphon's operability.
