The California Science Center and City of Los Angeles propose to exchange various parcels within Exposition Park for the purpose of consolidating property ownership; for transferring ownership of underlying parcels to the respective agencies that currently manage subject parcel (such as the Rose Garden); to Facilitate currently planned properties that are the subject of separate environmental documents that are being directed by various State and local agencies.
