Document Description
Replace the existing parking lot asphalt concrete surface with new asphalt concrete due to deterioration of pavement and sub-structure. Construct new curbs, gutters and walkways surrounding the parking lot for drainage and safe routing of pedestrians. Construct shaded seating areas adjacent to parking lot for picnic sites. Beneficiaries will be the general public for recreational boating activities.
