This project consists of high school additions, including renovations, which fits within a number of categorical exemptions including 15314 (minor additions to shcools), 15302 (replacement or reconstruction), 15303 (new construction or conversion of small structure), 15304 (minor alterations to lean), and 15322 (in fill development in an urban area of less than five (5) acres). The improvements also are not a project within the meaning of CEQA, is consistent with general plan and zoning of regulations, is of no threat to habitat for threatened specise, and will not have a significant adverse effect on traffic, noise, air quality, or water quaility.
