Document Description
The Department of General Services, Real Estate Services Division (RESD) on behalf of the 40th District Agricultural Association is planning to lease approximately 540 square feet of ground space to Sprint PCS for the purpose of constructing a 100' Monopole, with three antennas attached to it, and two free standing steel cabinets to house radio equipment (cabinets dimensions are 2' 6' wide x 2' 7' length x 66" high), with a 6' high Redwood fence to surround the area.
