Document Description
The Bureau of Reclamation proposes to purchase up to a maximum of 47,000 acre-ft of additional water from users on the San Joaquin River and its tributaries in 2000. The additional water would provide increased instream flow in the San Joaquin River at Vernalis and its tributaries for anadromous fish, specifically to support the 31-day pulse flow April-May 2000 for the Vernalis Adaptive Management Plan.
