Document Description
Since certification of the EIR, the Monterey County Water Resources Agency has modified the Salinas Valley Water Project by implementing new flow targets for steelhead trout migration, changing the location of the Salinas River Diversion Facility river water connecting pipeline, and deciding to install a buried pipeline to seasonally change the point of discharge of the Blanco Drain. These project modifications are described and analyzed in the Addendum to the Salinas Valley Water Project EIR.
