Document Description
This document evaluates the construction of a dike east of State Highway 71 in the Chino Creek lobe of the Prado Flood Control Basin. The dike would afford protection to the highway from the occasional floodwater storage in the Prado Basin. Its length, 2,200 feet as noted in the 1988 Phase II General Design Memorandum (GDM), has been reduced to 500 feet, as a result of realignment of the location of State Route 71, to a locaton further away from the basin.
