CDC is proposing to design, construct, and operate a project that would serve as the long-term solution to the disposal of tertiary treated wastewater effluent eastward from SCC Jamestown through a proposed 12-inch pipeline approximately 8 miles to a new 350 acre-foot storage reservoir.
