The proposed project consists of replacing the existing two-lane reinforced concrete slab structure with a reinforced concrete box girder bridge. The existing bridge is approximately 36 meters long by 7.3 meters wide. The new structure will be 46 meters long by 10.67 meters wide. The existing bridge is supported on multiple reinforced concrete piers housed in corrugated metal shells that will be removed. The new bridge will be a single span structure supported on concrete abutments.
