Widening State Route 92 from two lanes to four lanes from Main Street to approximately 580 m east of Main Street within the City of Half Moon Bay to relieve congestion, reduce delays, improve pedestrian and cyclist safety and improve intersection operations. Also included in the project are: widening North Main Street to add bike lanes, widening Main Street to add a right turn lane, utility relocations and undergrounding, street lighting, landscaping and irrigation, traffic signal modifications, pavement removal / replacement on North Main Street, and widening Route 1 at the Route 92 / 1 intersection to add a second left turn lane.
