Document Description
The proposed project would construct a community center, a swimming pool, two softball fields with soccer field overlays, and a children's play area. The project includes development of two parcels of land acquired by the Town, enhancement to the existing facilities, and additional parking. As part of the proposed project, the existing entrance and exit to Keiser Park would be moved approximately 50 feet to the east to align with Oak Park Street. The Street improvements (i.e., sidewalk, crosswalk, curb, and gutter) for the proposed realignment have been constructed, and the project would include the connection of the new driveway to the existing roadway. A second access would be added to the project from the extension of Jaguar Way.
