Greco Trust (APNs 091-050-061/062) into fifteen (15) lots using the DC-Development Cluster Overlay, as set forth in the Specific Plan for Area A. Also requested is a variance to the riparian corridor setback to allow construction of a bridge across an existing creek to access Lot 13 of the proposed subdivision. The subject property is located in the R-1-40,000 DC zone in Area A, east of Healdsburg Avenue and north of Paul Wittke Drive.
