A proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and Tentative Major Subdivision (TM99-3) to subdivide the 5.74 acre lands of the Joan B. Barich Trust (APNs 091-040-073/074/075) into six (6) lots using the DC-Development Cluster Overlay, as set forth in the Specfic Plan fro Area A. Also requested is a variance to the riparian corridor setback to allow culverting of an existing creek to allow for construction of Rosewood Drive. The subject property is located in the R-1-40,000 DC zone in Area A, east of Healdsburg Avenue and north of Paul Wittke Drive.
