The proposed project consists of the property acquisition and construction of a standard CDF two-engine forest fire station with a bulldozer, battalion chief, and resource management complement. The new station would also have a 2,990 sq. ft. barracks and kitchen a 1,990 sq. ft. 3-bay apparatus building, a 512 sq. ft. battalion cheif and resource Management offices; a 1,230 sq. ft. single bay dozer shed; vehice and fire hose wash facility, fueling station perimeter fencing, utilities, landscaping, and paving.
