CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-52 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, California C & S Properties. Lead agency prepared EIR for 129 ac. specific plan. This agreement and notice are for the construction of a pedestrian bridge, water line, 2 detention basins with outfalls, culvert road crossing, and repair of an existing outfall apron. Lead Agency made determinations indicated below.
