The Stock Ranch Guide for Development would provide a land use concept, open space plan, resource management plan, circulation plan, and infrastructure and service plan for approximately 129 acres of vacant land remaining in Stock Ranch. The land use concept provides for a mix of land uses ranging from various residential densities and retail/office uses south of Arcade Creek to commercial uses north of the Creek.
