Document Description
The proposed Knighton Road extension corridor is approximately 2 miles long. The project area includes right-of-way for the Knighton Road alignment, right-of-way for a new road connecting the Knighton Road extension with Churn Creek Road, the existing Churn Creek Road right-of-way, and the sites of four new cul-de-sacs. One cul-de-sacs will be constructed where Knighton Road will bisect Mohegan Court. A second cul-de-sac will be near Pacheo School. The other two cul-de-sacs will be located at the end of Pacheco Road and Clover Road to prevent through access. Short segments of Churn Creek Road and Mohegan Court will be abandoned.
