Document Description
Construct a storm drain outlet to Windsor Creek, 740 feet upstream of the Windsor Road Bridge, in the Town of Windsor, Sonoma County. Th storm drain will drain the Vintage Greens Phase 4, 101-lot subdivision located in southwest Windsor. The drain includes a 24-inch pipe outfall on a bench located above the level of ordinary high water with a non-grouted rock rip-rap energy dissipater to reduce water velocity and minimize erosion hazards. The California Department of Fish and game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0294-3 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Phil Trowbridge, Dazmac, LLC.
