Document Description
Construct a flood control bypass channel around a portion of Windsor Creek and widen an adjacent portion of East Windsor Creek. The bypass of Windsor Creek consists of an open trapezoidal earth lined channel along the north bank of Windsor Creek upstream of Windsor Road to the Windsor Water Treatment Plant, a distance of about 1000 feet.
