Document Description
As part of the mitigation required for the Vintage Greens subdivision, Phil Trowbridge/Demada L.L.C. proposes to construct inlet and outlet structures for a flood control bypass conduit around a portion of Windsor Creek which is constricred and prone to causing upstream flooding. At the inlet a broadcrested rock weir, approximately 110 feet long, will prevent low flows from entering the bypass, yet still provide flood protection at 10-year events and greater. The downstream end of the bypass channel will also be armored with rock to prevent erosion. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0670 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the projet operator, Phil Trowbridge /Demada, L.L.C.
