The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-280 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Poseidon Development, Inc., of Carmichael. This agreement pertains to the Oak Creek Estates subdivision. The project creates 17 single family lots and two open space lots comprising 38 percent of the project site containing most of the wetlands, and areas within the 100 year flood plain of an unnamed tributary to Arcade Creek. The agreement authorizes the construction of a 6' by 8' twin box culvert road crossing and sewer and water line crossings.
