Document Description
1)Installation of an approximately 4-foot-high, 7-foot-wide, and 96-foot-long Concrete Box Culvert including a 9-foot-high concrete headwall at each end, in order to construct a railroad spur access; 2) Installation of two buried 36 inch diameter Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP) side by side, approximately 0.5 mile long, to outlet surface drainage into an unnamed tributary; 3) Installation of a 30-foot wide by 40-foot long rock apron to dissipate RCP outlet area above the channel surface. A Wetland Mitigation and Preserve Plan was implemented in 2009 to compensate for permanent impacts. The Wetland Mitigation and Preserve Plan dedicates a total of 24.2 acres to Wetland Preservation on the northwest portion of the project parcel. The project is located along an unnamed tributary and wetland drainage feature about 2 miles southwest from the Highway 28 and 221 intersections, City of American Canyon, State of California. Site access is off South Kelly Road, south and west of the Devlin Road intersection; Assessor's Parcel No. 057-090-069-000. The CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0458-3 pursuant to Section 1502 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Napa Industrial, LLC, as represented by Douglas Pope.
