Document Description
The proposed project would construct up to four parallel 72-inch conduits or equivalent along the west bank of Windsor Creek. The conduits would extend approximately 1,000 feet upstream from the NWPRR tracks. An inlet structure would be constructed at the upstream end of the project to receive flood waters from the creek.
