Document Description
The proposed Project consists of a creek bypass system designed to reduce the potential for flooding by increasing the high flow of capacity of the creek while minimizing the disturbance of the existing reparian corridor. The bypass system would extend along approximately 1,000 linear feet of the west bank of Windsor Creek and would consist of up to four parallel 72-inch diameter conduits or equivalent and inlet and outlet structures.
