Document Description
The project is to demolition the two existing buildings and construct a two-story, approximately 153,089 sq.ft. home improvement store, including an approximately 8,546 sq.-ft. outdoor-garden center and a 9,888 sq. ft. enclosed greenhouse. The main store would be two stories, with approximately 96,250 sq.ft. on the main floor and 38,405 sq.ft. on the second floor. A separate 550-space, two-story parking garage plus rooftop parking would also be constructed with cast-in-place concrete. The buildings would be approximately 40 feet in height.
