Document Description
The proposed Project anticipates the adoption of a new redevelopment project (i.e. the Stanton Redevelopment Project 2000) in accordance with the standards of the California Community Redevelopment Law (CRL), Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq. The new project consists of approximately 1,494 acres. Since this project Area encircles the existing Community Development Project, this Initial Study addresses not only the environmental affects upon the proposed Project Area but also any indirect or direct affects upon the proposed Project Area but also any indirect or direct affects upon the existing Community Development Project
