Document Description
The SEIR is a supplement to the General Plan Program EIR. It provides supplemental information related to the updated 2008-2014 Housing Element. The focus of the Supplemental Program EIR is to address the impacts of the housing programs/projects that may be locally significant, and to highlight potential impacts that will need to be further evaluated once precise scopes, designs, and locations of specific housing projects are more clearly defined. The SEIR does not change the environmental conclusions of the original Program EIR, nor identify new significant impacts, nor add new mitigation measures.
