Existing conditions will remain, In addition, the Project will Include a PCD ·amendment to restrict the total-amount of Research and Development uses on the site.to be no more than·735,000 square feet to ensure that total and peak hour trips do not exceed the trip levels In the original CEQA approvals and addenda; The La Jolla Commons Project-was-originally approved as a mixed-use development with residential, hotel and office uses, As the Project permits-were amended and the Project was but out, only office uses were constructed, Upon completion of the La Jolla Commons Ill building (currently under construction), the Project will be fully built out.
