Document Description
The project is a subdivision of 9.91 acres into four residential parcels, with parcel sizes ranging between 2.01 and 2.19 acres, net area. Approximately 0.96 acres of Southern Arroyo Willow Riparian Forest to the west of Calle Canonero will be placed in a Biological Open Space Easement. Calle Canonero and Lorita Lane will be used for road access onto the parcels. Rainbow Municipal Water District will provide water services for each parcel, and sewage disposal will be accounted for through private septic systems serving the individual lots.
