The project is implementation of a Port Master Plan Amendment and boundary map modification for the inclusion of the approximate 52 acres of former federal NTC Property within the Lindbergh Field/Harbor Island Planning District. The land use designation would be Industrial - International Airport. The project is also the phased construction of an approximately 20-acre area, 2,200-space interim parking lot for airport employee parking and staging area for taxis, shuttle vans, and charter buses.
