Document Description
On June 19, 2000, the City Council of the City of Gonzales adopted the Redevelopment Plan for the Gonzales Redevelopment Project. The adopted Project Area consists of four non-contiguous sub-areas, containing a combined area of approximately 327 acres of land.
The Gonzales Redevelopment Agency by adopting the Amendment added approx. 225 acres of land area to the existing Project Area in order to provide for a more effective approach to the City redevelopment effort.
