Document Description
The project consists of the acquisition and construction of a 5,280 square feet office building with a dispatch/observation tower, a 2,040 square feet airbase shop and 4-bay garage, a 400 square generator building, a 400 square feet aircraft mechanic shop and a 6,000 square feet automotive maintenance shop and dozer/transport building. Other new facility features are paving, air tanker loading pads, aircraft areas, retardant mixing systems, and security controls. Site work includes grading, drainage, and compacting the site, cutting trenches, laying electrical conduits, and installing electrical telephones, cable television, water, sewer and gas lines.
