Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to improve the capacity of Route 99 in Fresno County between the cities of Kingsburg and Selma. The proposed project includes: removing the existing median oleanders and constructing two new lanes in the median from Route 99/201 Interchange to 0.6 mile north of the Floral Avenue overcrossing; constructing a concrete median barrier; and constructing soundwalls from McCall Avenue to Rose Avenue on both sides of Route 99 in the City of Selma.
