Document Description
154-room 6-story hotel with restaurant/banquet/meeting rooms, plus supporting offices and retail uses (at 30, 000 square feet); surface and underground parking will be provided (a portion of the Alhambra Wash flood control channel for surface parking). Construction of the project would require demolition of the existing onsite improvements, which would include the demolition of a 38-room motel and approximately 1, 800 square foot restaurant. Implementation of the project would result in a total of 176, 750 square feet of commercial, retail, and hotel uses.
