Document Description
The land uses permitted within the Greenfield Redevelopment Project will conform with the City of Greenfield General Plan and Zoning Code regulations, as amended from time to time, and all other applicable state and local building codes and guidelines, as appropriate. Within the confines of General Plan Land Use designations, a range of development will be permitted. Population densities will conform to goals set forth in the General Plan. Building standards will conform to the building requirements of all applicable state statues and all applicable local county and city codes and ordinances.
