The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), District 7, is proposing to remove the existing southbound Hewitt Street ramps and construct a new offramp at Vignes Street or place a new on/offramp at Garey Street. The project also proposes widening Commercial Street from Center Street to Hewitt Street to match the existing roadway. The project limits are from Los Angeles Street to Center Street in the city of Los Angeles. Los Angeles County.
