Document Description
The project is to adopt and implement the Redevelopment Project that adds approximately 5,104.88 acres to the exisiting Westminster Commercial Redevelopment Project No.1. These 5,104.88 acres (the "Project Area") are the focus of this environmental assessment. Other technical amendments to the exisiting Redevelopment Project Amendment, including various time limit extensions, also may be included in the project. The project is proposed by the Redevelopment Agency for the purpose of alleviating blight and promoting reinvestment in the Project Area.
