Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #R5-2001-0010) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mike Martinez. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within an unnamed drainage tributary to Escondido Creek, to accomidate the widening of Foothill View Way and the relocation and construction of a drainage structure to include a retaining wall, inlet structure, and rip rap. The road widening and drainage relocation are improvements associated with a proposed eight lot single-family residential development (TM 809) impacting 0.01 acre of streambed.
