Document Description
The project consists of building a 16-foot high ground-level security fence along the southwestern perimeter of the hospital. The new 16-foot high fence would cross an unnamed drainage in two places. Installation would entail the excavation of approximately 5.9 cubic yards of soil from the bed and bank of the stream. A revegetation plan shall be implemented according to the plans submitted to the Department. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0095 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Paul Helwer, Project Director/State of California-Department of General Services.
